Feather Kākahu - Feather clothing (cloak)

You will need:

feather templates (enough for one per child)
scissors
glue
art resources of your choice (use your imagination)
paint, crayons, pastels or coloured pencils
laminator and laminating sheets if you would like
to laminate
large sheet of paper

1. Cut out the blank feathers and

have the children colour them
with their chosen art medium.
2. When the feathers are dry, have each
child sign their feather. You could
laminate them if you choose to.
3. Attach the feathers to a large sheet of
paper, starting along the top and then
going down so each child is represented.
