    Profile
    Based on DepEd Memorandum No. 004 s. 2022 in consistent with
    DO 2 s. 2015 prescribing the Guidelines in the Implementation of
    RPMS in the Department of Education and pursuant to section 5
    of DO 42. S. 2017 on the National Adaptation and Implementation
    Rationale of PPST which mandates all the performance of teachers shall be
    based on this set of standards since S.Y. 2018-2019.

    Proper administration on the conduct of classroom observation of


    teachers will be based on the implementing guidelines.
    Specifically, this training aims to:
    • Familiarize the RPMS-PPST Tools, Self-Assessment Tool
    Objective/s • Provide the guidelines on the RPMS using the indicators.
    • Familiarize the different objectives/ indicators needed
    during the classroom observation for year 2
