MID-YEAR BREAK ACTIVITIES

1. To continuously improve the teaching and learning process, school and teachers’
performance, this school will be having weeklong activities on midyear break from February
6-10, 2023

2. Activities include:
a. Evaluation of different PPAs, Remediation, Intervention, Assessment Results
b. Orientation on DepEd Memorandum No. 8 s, 2023
c. Mid-Year Evaluation and Validation of Teachers’ Performance
d. 3-Day School-based In-Service Training
e. Updating of SBM/ School GDrive Files
f.Updating of School Inventory
g. Film Showing
h. Finalization of SIP anchored on Futures Thinking and Recalibration of AIP

3. Each project coordinator will prepare a 5-minute slide presentation on the progress,
best practices, issues encountered, and future activities on the PPAs assigned to them.
Moreover, teachers are also advised to prepare another PowerPoint presentation for their
accomplishments/performance from the 1st to 2nd quarter.

4. The master teacher and the school head will be in charge of the evaluation and
validation of teachers’ mid-year performance.

5. Attached is the matrix of activities and the In-Service Training Plan for your
reference.

6. Expenses relative to this activity shall be charged against School MOOE subject to
usual accounting and auditing rules.

7. Immediate dissemination and strict implementation of this Memorandum is hereby

desired.
