Allow me to introduce myself. Now, I am a Mine Planning Section Head at Barasentosa Lestari Inc. (Sinarmas
Mining). I handle long term plan, mid term plan & short term plan on mines & support projects. I am able to
operate mine planning software. My experiences before are a Mine Engineer at Kaltim Prima Coal Inc. (KPC),
Quarry and Crushing Plant Operation Head (Deputy KTT) at Holcim Indonesia Ltd. & Mine Plan Unit Head at
Saptaindra Sejati Inc. (SiS). I am graduate from Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Yogyakarta University
majoring in mining engineering bachelor with GPA of 3.79 (scale 4.00) & Bandung Institute of Technology in
Engineer Profession Program – Mining Engineering with GPA of 4.00 (scale 4.00). While a student, besides
studying I was active in software course, seminar and ever become chairman in organization.
I interest with this company because my background from mining engineering. I have experiences at mining
engineering & mining operation of big mining company. I have certificate of POP (Lower Operational
Supervisor), POM (Middle Operational Supervisor), POU (Primary Operational Supervisor) & Implementation
of SMKP (Mining Safety Management System). I have certificate of Senior Professional Engineer (IPM). I have

1. Mine Planning Section Head at Barasentosa Lestari Inc. (Sinarmas Mining) on October 2021 –

- Make Yearly Budget to internal & RKAB to government
- Manage mine sequences, water management, pit operation and hauling every month based on
Three Months Rolling Plan (3MRP) or Budget.

- Manage mine sequences, water management, pit operation and hauling every week based on
Three Months Rolling Plan (3MRP) or Budget.
- Manage dump strategy, calculating dump volume, produce dump balance, optimize in pit
dump strategy for short term section, and made forecast of distance.
- Design and redesign pit, disposal and project. Coordination with geotech about safety factor of

weekly plan of mine preparation (land clearing, chainsaw, top soiling, construct road,
construct sediment pond, construct shift change etc) with mining owner.
- Manage mine preparation sequences, water management every week and every day based on
3MRP and Budget.
- Manage dump strategy, calculating dump volume, produce dump balance for short term
section and made forecast of distance.
- Design and redesign pit, disposal and project. Coordination with geotech of mining owner
about safety factor of design.
- Make and analysis reconcile map between actual and plan by weekly and monthly.
- Consult daily with operations staff to learn their concerns and ensure that these are addressed
in the planning process (digger movement, distance, dumping progress and water
management).

5. Quarry and Crushing Plant Operation Superintendent and Deputy Quarry Manager at Holcim
Indonesia Ltd. on May – September 2017.
- Reserve and Schedule target production of Life of Mine (LOM) based on Budget.
- Reserve and Schedule target production of mine/quarry by weekly and monthly based on
Budget, manage detail strategy of mine/quarry sequences, drill and blast, water management,
mine/quarry operation, and strategic hauling.
- Plan and monitor dump strategy, calculate dump volume based on Budget.
- Plan and monitor top soiling, stripping overburden and reclamation operation based on
Budget.
- Schedule target production of crushing plant (primary crushing and secondary crushing) by
daily, weekly and monthly based on Budget of Mechanical Avaibility, Utilization, Production
Rate and Running Equipment Effectiveness (REE).
- Monitor and ensure progress of mine/quarry, project, and crushing plant operation every day
then coordinate with supervisor and operator to achieve target based on plan.
- Control and coordinate equipment performance with Maintenance Superintendent.
- Plan rental heavy equipment based on Budget target production.
- Coordinate with rental heavy equipment contractor.
- Control and coordinate quality of final product with dispatch Head and sales.

a. Shortterm plan - Pit and Disposal (July 2011 – August 2012 and October 2014 – October 2016)
- Consult daily with operations staff to learn their concerns and ensure that these are addressed
in the planning process (digger movement, blasting schedule, cycle time, dumping progress
and water management).
- Prepare weekly and monthly schedules, plans and sections which show how mining should
 progress.
- Present plans to senior operating and engineering staff at planning meetings.
- Provide operations with necessary designs for roads, dumps and drainage, which will enable
equipment to operate safely and efficiently.
- Monitor the mining operation such that survey and geological control is provided, to identify
problems that may call for a revision of the plan and to ensure that operations understand the
plan
b. Midterm plan (August 2012 – January 2013 and December 2013 – May 2014)
- Reserve and Schedule target production by Monthly, Budget, Forecast for quarter, yearly and
Eight Week Rolling Plan (8WRP) based on last short term sequence, manage detail strategy of
mine sequences, water management, pit operation, and strategic hauling.
