A.

Cash or money obtained via willfully breaching the commitment through deliberate delay is the
nature of the object that J must deliver to A. according to Article 1156 of the Philippine Civil Code. A
legal requirement to contribute, to do, or not to do anything is called an obligation. Regarding J's
situation, it is his responsibility to provide the money as promised, which results in a fictitious contract
between him and A.

B. Section 1156. According to the definition of an obligation, which is defined as "a juridical necessity to
give, to perform, or not to do," J has a responsibility to deliver A the money on time so that they can
create a quasi-contract. J has a P150,000 liability to A for a P100,000 total accumulated debt that
includes P50,000 in interest that has accrued.

C. In this instance, J failed to fulfill his duties to A, which included paying the monthly fee each month as
soon as the bill was received. And J frequently made online purchases using A's card without A's
knowledge. and ran away to Germany in order to avoid A. J is therefore accountable for fraud, delay, or
default due to his purposeful attempt to avoid fulfilling the duty normally and because he violated the
agreement by failing to make the monthly amortization payment. which is blatantly against article 1170
of the civil code.
