1. The 1 semester UG & PG Theory Examinations for OL programme courses
of Bharathiar University are scheduled to be held from 16 October 2023.

2. The schedule of examinations in detail is already hosted in the University
Website. (www.b-u.ac.in)

3. All the examinations will be conducted through online mode only and the
examinations of approved pattern of question papers.

4. For online examinations an exclusive online portal for the registration of
candidates is created (Link : https://olpexam.b-u.ac.in/application/Login.aspx).

5. Candidates are required to fill the particulars in the respective columns to
create User name and Password for LOGIN purpose.

6. After registration the candidates are instructed to compulsorily download the
examination application and the payment details for future reference.

7. Candidates are required to enter the online portal using the LOGIN particulars
as specified on each day of examination and select the subject code and subject
name for downloading the question paper which is scheduled for that date.

8. The duration of examination is 3 hours between 10.00 AM – 01.00 PM in the
FN session.

9. Candidates can login the online portal with the user name and password on
each day of examination at least 30 minutes before commencement of
examination, i.e., at 09.30 AM (FN Session) and can fill the particulars
wherever necessary. Question papers can be downloaded at 09.45 AM (FN
Session).

10. Candidates should write the examination in A4 white sheets on one side only
(with a page restriction of 32 pages) and mark page number in each sheet.

11. After completion of the examination, the candidates should scan each written
page in an order serially and compile in a single file in PDF and upload the
PDF. It must be ensured before uploading the PDF, whether the written sheets
only are scanned and compiled as PDF. No blank page should be inserted while
compiling the answer pages in to PDF.

12. Candidates should complete the examination at 01.00 PM and start uploading
the answer sheets in a single PDF at 1.00 PM. Online portal will be closed at
01.40 PM. Uploading cannot be done after 1.40 PM. Further extension of
time will not be provided.

13. The answer scripts will be considered through PORTAL ONLY. Other
modes (e-mail, whatsapp, hard copy) will not be considered.

14. It is mandatory that every student should keep the hard copy of the answer
