Delivery/Storage
▪ Exhibitors MUST arrange and be present onsite for both ways’ transportation and collection of
their own booth items.
▪ Delivery to the venue can only be received on 24 May, between 8.00pm – 9.00pm SGT.
▪ Please indicate that the items belongs to you. Refer to delivery details below:

▪ Please refrain from delivering any big/bulky pieces of items into the hotel
▪ The organisers will not be liable for any loss of exhibitor’s items.
Delivery/Storage
▪ Fire & Safety regulations - No goods or packing materials may be stored in access areas behind or
between booths.
▪ Exhibitors are responsible for their own equipment/ machinery insurance coverage in any event of
unforeseen and sudden breakdown/loss.
Exhibition Activities
▪ Please ensure your stand, especially personal valuables, portable and rented items, are not left
unattended at any time before, during and after the event.
▪ Any inconvenience or disturbance of the business session will not be allowed (e.g. promotional
gimmicks).
F&B
▪ Outside food / open beverages are strictly not allowed within the premises and allocated booth.
Please keep booth neat and tidy at all times.
Noise Level
▪ Noise level should be kept at minimum and should not disturb neighboring booths.
