ADMISSION OFFER LETTER

Congratulations! We are delighted to inform that you are offered an admission to the Woolf Academy’s
Master of Business Administration [hereinafter referred to as “Program”] facilitated by upGrad
Education Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “upGrad”).

Program Details
Cohort Commencement Date: Oct 31, 2023
Program Duration: 15 Months
Total Program Fee : Please refer to table “A”
Eligibility: Any Bachelor's degree or Diploma with 2 years of work-ex

Duration of the Program depends on various factors, and it may stand changed under certain
circumstances. Learners will be kept informed about the same well in advance.

This offer of admission to the Program is provisional and is subject to your meeting all the eligibility
criteria. The submission of self-attested documents and subsequent verification by the institution is a
prerequisite for the valid admission.

The breakup for the Total Program fee is mentioned below, more particularly in the ‘Table-A’. We will
be commencing with the preparatory sessions immediately as soon as you make an initial payment to
reserve your seat in the Program (“Caution Amount”), as per the timelines mentioned in this offer letter.

To confirm your acceptance of the offer, please complete the admission formalities as per the following
timelines:
● Caution Amount to be paid within one (1) day of receiving this offer letter or by the Cohort
Commencement Date, whichever is earlier.
● Complete the payment of remaining amount of the Total Program fee (“Balance Amount”)
within seven (7) days of Caution Amount payment or by Cohort Commencement Date,
whichever is earlier.
● Payment of the balance can be made using one of the following options:
- Net banking
- Credit card
- Debit card

● You can also apply for an EMI loan. You need to submit the loan application form and ensure
that all loan related formalities are completed within seven (7) days of Caution Amount payment
or by the Cohort Commencement Date, whichever is earlier. Please note that Upgrad may, at
its sole discretion help you secure financing with a with financing partner, however, should you
choose to avail such financing services, the terms and conditions including user agreements
of the chosen payment service provider or the credit facility provider will also be directly
applicable to you and those agreements or terms shall remain outside upGrad’s purview. Any
credit facility services incurred by you and charged directly by the financing including any bank
charges, transaction charges or any other charges not receivable directly by Upgrad, shall not
be refundable under any circumstances.

The terms and conditions listed in this document, the Refund and Deferral Policy, the Terms of Use and
Privacy Policy available on our website or any other terms and conditions that may be shared during the
course of your program shall be collectively referred to as “Terms & Conditions”. By making a payment
towards the fee of this program, you confirm your acceptance to the Terms & Conditions.
The GST component will be non-refundable.

The last date to share the documents is within seven (7) days of payment of caution amount or by
the Cohort Commencement Date (whichever is earlier). Failing to submit all the documents as per the
timeline mentioned above will result in your automatic deferral to the immediate next cohort of the
Program. In case of delay in submission as per the aforementioned timeline, learner shall not be eligible
for refund once the Program commences. For more detail on refund please refer to our refund policy.

This offer of admission to the Program is provisional and is subject to your meeting all the eligibility
criteria. The submission of self-attested documents and subsequent verification by the institution is a pre
requisite for the valid admission. In case the eligibility criteria are not met or if discrepancies are found
between the application and self-attested documents including but not limiting to wrong details about
your grades or any other incorrect information provided in your application, your admission may stand
cancelled at any time in the duration of the Program. The amount paid by you towards the Program fee
will be non-refundable under any of the above stated circumstances.

Note - Provisional certificates are not accepted. No student will be allowed to appear for the mid-term
exam if the documents have not been submitted and verified by upGrad.

This offer letter supersedes all prior agreement and understandings, whether oral or written, in
connection therewith.
