 She began her training career in 2011 at Human Resource Development Centre, New Delhi , where she got her
exposure and training under Dr. R K Sahu, Director of Human Resource Development Centre.
 She has 8.5 year of experience in Training & Development of employees.
 She served JK Cement Ltd, from 2016 to July 2019 as a Asst Manager-Training & Development at RTC.
