Dear Chairman PTA,

I trust this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a critical issue that requires
urgent resolution - the persistent cellular connectivity problems at the District Courts Judicial
Complex G-11/4, Islamabad.

The members of the legal community, including lawyers, clerks, draftsmen, litigants, Judicial
Officers and courts staff, are currently grappling with severe issues related to weak signals,
distorted voice, and compromised/weak data connectivity at the New Judicial Complex located at
G-11/4. This connectivity crisis is significantly impeding the smooth functioning of professional
work, making it exceedingly challenging for legal professionals and court personnel to carry out
their duties effectively, efficiently and timely.

Thousands of litigants and lawyers daily visit Judicial Complex at G-11/4, Islamabad who face this
severe connectivity issue regardless of their cellular network i.e. Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, Zong etc. This
issue has already been raised with cellular service providers by other lawyers and Bar Association
but this issue has not been resolved yet.

The gravity of this situation demands immediate attention, and I kindly request your intervention to
address and resolve the cellular connectivity issues at the District Courts Judicial Complex G-11,
Islamabad, within the next week. The prompt resolution of this matter is imperative to restore
normalcy to the operations of the judicial complex and alleviate the difficulties faced by those
relying on uninterrupted communication.

I understand the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless
connectivity across the country, and I am confident that your swift action will lead to a resolution of
this matter. Your cooperation in this regard will not only alleviate the challenges faced by the legal
community but also contribute to the efficient functioning of the judicial system.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to a positive resolution within
