The purpose of the report is to provide recommendation on three possible best internet
services.

Current problem/situation
Mac Tech Sdn. Bhd has faced slow internet connection and server problems frequently. This
caused the online sales of the company has a drop by 50% recently. This is because the
customers could not access the website and checkout frequently. To increase the sales again,
a better internet service are required.

What will be discussed and evaluated in the report
This report will look at the three best internet service providers, which are UniFLY, SellKom
and MCxis. We will consider based on two criteria for each internet service providers
throughout this report which are speed and coverage. These internet service providers will be

Speed
The range of speed cap offered by Unify is between 30Mbps to 1Gbps. Once we encounter
any unstable internet connection, we can change our speed cap at anytime.
Coverage
The range of UniFLY provider can cover up to 1728 cubic meters. It also can mean the
coverage of UniFLY provider can supports the devices which are within 3 floors building.
UniFLY can supports unlimited amounts of the users with same connection speed. (

Criteria 1-
Sellcom has a low paid price for monthly paid office use. There is a cost-effective business
package available from Sellkom which is in an affordable price range which costs RM499 per
month with a internet speed of 600mbps.
Criteria 2-stability
Sellkom has stability internet connection. It will not suddenly drop line and comfortable to

MCxis
Criteria 1
Mcxis will provide uninterrupted office Fibre Internet. The Office Fibre comes with a 4G
Backup that will automatically turns on whenever the office fibre is interrupted. (Chia Jin

Coverage
There are two kinds of packages provided by MCxis. For the general package which is
cheaper, it provides a coverage up to 500m indoor. Although another package is more
expensive, it is more stable and covers a range up to 800m for users. However, the general
