Guideline on organising an online event (LKC FES)

The online event refers to activity via online platform using a computer or other digital devices, allowing
technology to facilitate an event anytime, anywhere. To conduct an online event in LKC FES, the
procedure is similar to a physical event. The person-in-charge needs fill up the SDC form, FM-LKCFES-
SDC-002. Get the support from HoD and approval from the Faculty through SDC.

How to fill up the SDC form: FM-LKCFES-SDC-002


1. Event Details:
i) Type of event:> Other: Webinar/online talk/virtual meeting…
ii) Venue: Name of virtual platform (e.g. MS Teams/google meet/Zoom et al)

3. Request and Reservation:


i) Request of Souvenir: if (Yes),
Please provide/email the Name, Address, and Tel to SDC secretory (Cik Razia) after the event.
ii) Person who Presents the Souvenir: Others: by Postage Service
iii) Request of Event Support: This if for the support of physical event, select NIL if is
an online event. Please apply the ICT request (e.g. account for Zoom et al) in the WEB2
personally by the PIC.
For online event, PIC need to make sure the online platform is accessible by all the audients, as well
as the invited guest. Please provide guideline and assistant.

Do not forget to take the attendance and snapshot of the online event for reporting purposes.
