My name is Thuong . I am 22 years old and I come from Hung Yen province.

My
major is Digital Marketing . Today , I m going to talk about how I take care of
my appearance . I feel very satisfied with my appearance, I love it and I think
appearance is really important. However, compared to outer beauty, I think
inter beauty is more important. With my appearance, I often take care of my
skins by removing makeup, washing my face and applying a mask . My hair care
is very simple and I wash my hair every day. I brush my teeth twice a day ,
morning and evening. The products I use are from Dove , PS , Cỏ Mềm .
Besides, I often go to the spa with my friends for hair care , facial cleaning and
manicures . The cost for each session is about 100,000 VND. Although I think
appearance is important, I don't think I will be cosmetic surgery . Cosmetic
surgery will help us be more confident, but cosmetic surgery requires a lot of
money and will definitely be harmful to our health. If I had money I would use
more skin care products because I think skins is very important to me. Thanks
