Garbage Disposal
Please ensure that garbage and
recycling are not being left in the
chute rooms.
Please ensure that garbage is
properly disposed of by depositing
size appropriate garbage down the
chute.
All items that cannot fit in the chute
(boxes, cardboard, pizza boxes, etc.)
need to be brought down - please
see concierge and they will provide
access.
In order to avoid system outages
please ensure that no large items
that may block the system are
disposed of into the chute. This
community is equipped with a tri-
sorter - a system that sorts garbage,
recycling and organic.
Large items placed in the chute may
block the chute and prevent it from
being used until the blockage can be
cleared.
If this occurs outside of hours, where
we do not have staff on site the
blockage will likely not be cleared
until the following day.

Musee is a pet friendly community
and we welcome all four-legged fury
friends!
We ask that you are mindful when
outside of your Suite and ensure you
are cleaning up after your pet. If you
take your pet for a walk on the
property please ensure you have a
bag to pick up after your pet.
As a kind reminder, we ask that you
remember to keep your pet on a
leash when in the common areas:
elevators, corridors, front vestibule,
parking garage etc.

Cigarette Butt Disposal
It is vital that we stay diligent and
compliant with ensuring proper
disposal of cigarette butts, especially
on balconies.
Cigarette butts that are not disposed
of properly cause a fire hazard for
your community. Butts that are
thrown off balcony railings regularly
end up on the balconies of your
neighbors.
A smoldering cigarette can cause a
fire if it lands on or near combustible
material often found on balconies,
including planter box soil, peat moss,
furniture and couch cushions.
Stop fires before they start. Be sure
that cigarettes are completely
extinguished and don’t flick butts off
balcony.
Reporting Issues
It is important that all residents are
familiar with the procedure to file an
incident report and the steps that
are taken after doing so.
-The complaint needs to be filed
with concierge at the moment the
specific issue is noticed or it is
taking place. Contact them Via
telephone or in person.
-Concierge will follow up with the
issue and will gather any evidence
to support the complaint.
-Concierge will create an incident
report for management with all the
incident details.
-Management will proceed with the
necessary corrective measures
depending on the severity and
repetitiveness of the incidents and
provide follow up to all parties
Enforcing the rules is easier when
there is enough documentation to
back-up any ongoing issues. All
complainants remain private and
their personal information is not
disclosed.
