Existing candidates: Those who have already paid/deposited fees, but may or
may not have submitted the entries to the local Trinity
office.
New candidates: Those who have not paid/deposited their fees as yet, ie,
there is no pending exam, but would like to make a new
entry for the digital exams.
Payment of Fees (for new candidates, and existing candidates who want to change
to a higher grade)
Please refer the new Digital Grades and Diplomas Fee List (with effect from
November 2020, valid for entries received and fees paid, till 31 st March 2021).
The fees for the digital exams are different from those circulated earlier for the
face-to-face exams.
o In case you are unable to create a new beneficiary account with the above
alpha-numeric account number, please select “ECMS Account” option when
creating the new beneficiary.
(iii) Credit Card payment at the local Trinity office
Entries and fees can be submitted at any time. There is no closing date.
o For entries/fees received between 1st to 15th of the month: You will receive the
login details by email by 30th/31st of the same month.
o For entries/fees received between 16th to end of the month: You will receive
the login details by email by 15th of the following month.
o Candidates will thereafter have 14 days (after the date of receipt of the email
with login details) to upload and submit their video recording.
Proof of Payment
o Existing Candidates (who have already paid earlier): Provide either scanned
copy OR Serial Number and Date of Deposit of HDFC-acknowledged bank
deposit slip(s). If additional fees have been paid (for changing to a higher
grade), then proof of both payments should please be provided.
o New Candidates: Provide NEFT UTR number OR Reference number (in the
case of HDFC account to HDFC account transfer), OR scanned copy of HDFC-
acknowledged bank deposit slip(s), OR scanned copy of credit card receipt.
Submission of Entries (Classical & Jazz Music and Rock & Pop)
o Existing Candidates: Although you may have already submitted your entries
earlier, you must please SUBMIT THEM AGAIN in the Enrolment File. You
should use a separate file for Existing Candidates.
o New Candidates: You should use a separate Enrolment File for New
Candidates. Do not mix these entries with Existing Candidates (if any).
o Guidance for filling up the TCL Enrolment File Version November 2020:
1. The First Name and Last Name (Surname) of the candidate are mandatory
fields whereas the Middle Name is optional. Do not leave the Last Name
blank – if there is no Last Name, then put a dot (.) in the cell.
4. Enter the Income Tax PAN Number in the “External ID” column, of the
person who has made payment of the fees – either the parent or the
teacher. This must be done for EACH entry, for both Existing and New
Candidates. PAN Number is mandatory. Entries will not be
accepted/processed otherwise.
5. Please enter the name of the teacher in the “Applicant” column. You will
get a certificate from Trinity that you have entered candidates for these
exams ONLY if your name is entered in this column, against each entry.
6. Enter the school name (if any), and select “Y” from the drop-down list in
the adjoining column if you would like the school name on the certificate.
7. You do not need to fill the following columns: Candidate Number, ULN,
Ensemble Name, Minimum Age Verification, Language of Exam, First
Language and Venue.
Refund of fees
As the fees for the digital exams are LOWER than the existing fees for the face to
face exams, for existing candidates (who paid fees earlier), the person who
originally submitted the entries/payment may apply for a refund of the difference
in fees AFTER uploading the exam video (i.e., after completing the exam
process), by writing to hydopssupport@trinitycollege.in
