Dear Sirs,

Sub: Extension/Renewal of Authorised Dealer agreement dated 01.10.2018 AD Code No.

This has reference to the captioned Agreement for which the term has been renewed twice upon
its expiry due to the efflux of time. The last renewal of the said term will expire on 30.09.2023

Further to our discussion and upon the mutual agreement reached between us, we are pleased
to inform you that the said Agreement shall stand further renewed for a period of 6 months
commencing from 01.10.2023 till 31.03.2024

Kindly note that all the terms and conditions of the said Agreement dated 01.10.2018 shall
'mutatis mutandis' apply to the renewal made by and under this letter.

You are advised to go through the same, signify your acceptance on the duplicate copy of this
letter of renewal and send it back to us within 30 days. Should you fail to accept the above, it will
be construed that you are not interested in the extension of the agreement for the period
01.10.2023 till 31.03.2024 and in such an event, the AD Agreement dated 01.10.2018 shall have
to come to an end by efflux of time forthwith.
