Terms and Conditions:
 FYFP is the first premium received in the first year of the policy (first year top-up excluded) less reversals received for business done during the contest period due to look-in
cancellation and withdrawals after conversion.

 FYFP is with product credit. FYFP excludes Click 2 Invest (C2I) product premium.

 13th Month Persistency must be above 80% to be eligible for benefits during program duration. Last Collection day will be 10 th Apr’20. (Includes policies sourced between 1st
Jan’18 to 31st Dec’18 and renewal premium received from 1st Jan’19 till 10th Apr’20). FLS/ESL coded after 23rd Dec’19 and FSL/ESL who have not sourced any business during
1st Jan’18 to 31st Dec’18 are excluded from the persistency criteria. Persistency is based on mother hierarchy.

 Activation criteria is not measured for newly coded license criteria

 Annual Star TOPLINE Target is from Apr’19 to Mar’20

 ESLs must satisfy all the criteria i.e minimum FYFP, PAR FYFP, annual Star TOPLINE Target , New licenses and Persistency Criteria. In case of tie, priority will be given to % of
annual Star TOPLINE target achieved

Terms and Conditions:
• All Policies with less than Rs 2,000 FYFP (irrespective of the mode) will not be considered for both i.e. main slab and PAR FYFP.

• Advance premium of Monthly policies will not be counted as received premium

• Please note that any applicable tax component of the premium will not be included in received premium

• Any proposals pending as of 23rd Dec’19 if withdrawn/change in product will be negated from the received premium achievement of that FLS in the contest (except for rate-up,
postpone, decline cases). Client wise tracking will be done.

• The company reserves the right to insert, alter or withdraw any clause of the scheme or the scheme itself without any prior notice. In such an event post facto notification would
be sent to the levels at or above CH of Agency channel by DPPM (R&R) department

• Exceptions to be raised within timelines defined by the channel/DPPM as applicable, post which none of the exceptions will be entertained

• For all qualifiers, policies considered for this contest will be checked 90 days post final result for negations and achievement will be recalculated. Rewards will be clawed back in
case the achievement doesn’t meet the contest criteria. Rewards can be changed basis exception approvals as well, kindly refer to the refreshed list of FR published by BI

• Designations as per 23rd Dec'19 HR headcount report will be considered as final for the contest. Any backdated promotions will not be considered for change in designation

 Please note contest achievement is subject to fulfillment of InstaGo Partner Visit. No product credits will be awarded to FLS & ESL if criteria not fulfilled. Please read the
communication on “Sales Credit Based on InstaGo partner visit”.

 Sales credits based on InstaGo can now be achieved through either of the 2 methods:
Method 1:
FC has to be met for atleast 15 minutes through InstaGo between 1st of a month to 10th of immediate next month. This will enable sales credits for logins between 1st to 30th/31st of a
month.
Method 2:
FC attending 5 Agency Life (AL) sessions (consecutive or staggered) between 1st to 30th/31st of a calendar month will be considered for sales credits across Incentive, Star and all sales
contests subject to qualification to these programs/schemes.
Important point: NEW
 All new FCs coded from 1st Apr'19 will be exempted from partner visit through InstaGo during the initial 45 days from date of joining. Accordingly any business logged within 45 days
from date of joining of a new FC (effective 1st April 2019) will be eligible for sales credits irrespective of the partner visit through InstaGo or AL attendance.
 The existing rules for sales credit through InstaGo viz. partner visit between 1st of a month to 10th of next month OR 5 distinct AL attendance during a month will continue as-is. This will
be applicable to FCs joined prior to 1st Apr'19. The same will also become applicable to new FCs post completion of 45 days from their DOJ in FY19-20.
 Business considered for sales credits will be all logins between 1st to 30th/31st of a calendar month
 FC attendance on InstaGo is mandatory to determine 5 successful attendance during the month.
 The attendance for 5 distinct days during a calendar would be considered (consecutive or staggered)
 Attendance captured on InstaGo across 2 different batches during the same calendar month will also be considered to determine the attendance count of 5 distinct days.
 Partner visit at the geo-mapped location on InstaGo would supersede the 5 attendance count at the Agency Life sessions. e.g. If the Agency Life attendance count for a FC during a
calendar month is less than 5 days then the respective FLS/ACH/CH can get sales credits across programs by meeting this particular FC and recording the meeting on InstaGo (> 15 mins)
latest by 10th of immediate next month.
 The above sales credits based on 5 distinct day attendance clocked by the FC in InstaGo across Agency Life batches conducted during the month will be effective from 1st Aug'18.
 Manual attendance will not be considered
 There will be no exceptions to the AL attendance through InstaGo considering the Sales team can do the partner visit if the FC is falling short of the mandatory attendance count of 5
during the month.

Terms and Conditions:
 Definition of Financial year end: Final date decided by management to consider cases (converted post 31st Mar’20) in FY 19-20
 The terms and conditions mentioned hereinafter refer only to the contests launched by DPPM department which are applicable for employees of the HDFC Life and none of the
clauses will have any bearing on any other form of variable payouts for employees.
 The contest will expire in entirety after 180 days from the start date of the contest with the submission of the final accounts. All claims relating to achievement shall be put forth to
the DPPM(R&R) department within 10 days of the final result declaration. Post the expiry of the contest the company will not be liable to settle any claim in anymanner
 No deviations, in what so ever manner, will beconsidered
 Policies logged in and converted as per respective contest dated will only be considered
 It is advised to plan your business in such a way that all the medical & further requirements reach HUB three days prior to the last conversion date
 “Qualifier” is the employee who achieves the laid Achievement criteria within the duration of the contest
 Final results of the Contest will be prepared based on policies logged in and converted during the respective contest period and showing status as “IF”
 Standard product credits are as per applicableperiod
 In case of online policies, the proposal form must be submitted at the branch during the contest period to be considered
 No cash reward (incentive) will be given in lieu oftravel.
 The employee shall be on the payroll (should not be on notice period, in PIP or in enquiry of fraud etc.) of the company at the time of fulfilment of reward,
else the reward will lapse
 Participation & qualification in contest will be considered as acceptance of standard terms & conditions of the contest
 Any incidents of Warning Letter will be dealt according to rules mentioned in Malpractice Matrix Note/ Malpractice Matrix
