HISTORY:
The Punjab Group of Colleges (also known as The Punjab Group or PGC)
has its roots in a Commerce College set up by Mian Amer Mahmood. The chairman
of PGC network is Mian Amer Mahmood. Now the new Chairman of Punjab Group of
college is Tayyab Mehmood. The Network laid its foundation in Lahore in 1985. Over
a period of last 31 years, PGC has become the Largest Educational Network in
Pakistan. PGC has head office in Lahore Pakistan.
At PGC we are not just means to education but a family that cares, grooms and
helps unlock the true potential of our students. We are in a constant relentless pursuit to help
provide a better future to our youth and build a society that is wise, intelligent and educated.

OBJECTIVES:
In 1985 Chairman Mian Amer Mehmood set the foundations for Punjab College
in Lahore with the purpose to not only educate the youth at the intermediate and
graduation levels, he also wanted to maintain a high quality of teaching methods.
SERVICES:
Punjab College has grown into the largest network of colleges in Pakistan
having 417 campuses, 700 plus Allied Schools and includes 3 chartered
universities, Capital University of Science & Technology – CUST in Islamabad,
Mohammad Ali Jinnah University in Karachi, and University of Central Punjab in Lahore.
