    While raw vegetables contain vitamins and nutrients, some must be cooked to avoid potential toxins. Cooking vegetables properly, without overcooking them, allows one to gain the benefits of vitamins and nutrients while reducing risks. While teachers may smoke to relieve stress due to their responsibilities, they should not do so in school areas in order to set a good example for students. Teachers who want to be good role models still sneak off to smoke in certain areas instead of smoking where students can see.
