This document outlines the post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) parameters for two procedure qualification records (PQRs). For PQR 029 using Alloy 800H, the soaking temperature was 910°C for 1.5 hours, with heating and cooling rates of 222°C/hour and 111°C/hour respectively. For PQR 030 using Alloy 800HT X Nickel 201, the soaking temperature was 700°C for 1 hour, with the same heating and cooling rates. Both PWHTs were performed by welder W-247 on pipe materials of different sizes and thicknesses.
