In some countries, the average weight of people tends to increase, and their

level of health and fitness is decreasing. There are some main causes of these
problems and measures which could be taken to solve them.

There are two main rationales for this issue. First, because of the large amount
of toxic food consumption, people eat junk or fast food which contains
contaminants such as high fat, high calories, and so on. With the explosive
development of the economy, adults have a big amount of job that needs to be
finished by the end of the day. Therefore, they tend to spend most of their time
doing this, so they opt to buy some lunch or dinner somewhere and eat them
during work time. It also happens to children. Their parents are always busy
with work, so they give their child money to buy what they think is fancy. Due
to this excessive abuse, the average weight of people tends to increase. Second,
due to the lack of physical activities and exercises. Nowadays, adults and
children are very busy, they have to focus on their career or study. Therefore,
they do not have enough time to do any sport activities. Besides, they also eat
many fast and junk food and do not realize the consequences if they don’t do
any exercise, so it leads them to have a lower level of health and fitness.

Therefore, some solutions should be taken to deal with this problem. One of
solutions is that the government should add some educational systems which
could apply a program about health, this would benefit their pupils to
understand why is that important to have a balanced diet. The second is the
government should create some events which encourage adults and children
to do more exercise. From this, they can even get not only benefits for them
but also can get some awards from this process. For example, at France, the
government has put some treadmill at the center of the main hall and adults or
children can use it to redeem useful machines such as cookers, toothbrushes,
so on.

In conclusion, for the reasons I have mentioned above, we all see the
consequences of this issue. That is the average weight of people tends to
increase, and their level of health and fitness is decreasing. Therefore, each
person needs to be self-aware and solve in the way he thinks is best.
