Subject: Application for restoration of NOC and Licence of PSO

Aslam-o-Alaikum!

I am an agriculturist and my agricultural property is situated in Chak No.336 J.B, Tehsil

Gojra, District Toba Tek Singh situated at the Main Jhang-Faisalabad Road. I got built a Petrol
Pump namely Agri Mall PSO Pump on the above said main road. I got NTN No.1901743,
Licence No.FDD-2375, Account No.0340178821008767-MCB-Nawan Lahore, Code No.110923
and NOC No.STO(PSB)3-1/2002 dated 12-07-2004 to do the business legally in my Manager
Aslam Shah's name. I myself moved to Lahore and handed over the above said petrol pump and
agricultural land to Manager Aslam Shah. After two years of business my Manager Aslam Shah
got sick and he leased out the above said petrol pump to carry on business.

People who got leased my Petrol Pump Agri Mall did not continuously purchased petrol
from the PSO and the reason was unknown to me and my Manager Aslam Shah. So, the PSO
requested Divisional Manager PSO Division Faisalabad and directed him to cancel NOC
No.STO(PSB)3-1/2002 dated 12-07-2004. After that Divisional Manager PSO Division
Faisalabad wrote a letter to District Commissioner Toba Tek Singh who without any notice and
hearing me, cancelled the NOC and also got sealed the vicinity of Petrol Pump namely Agri Mall
PSO Pump.

The matter was came into my knowledge when a criminal FIR No.342/22 got registered
against me, my manager and workers and the persons to who got leased my petrol pump.

PARCO employees visited my Petrol Pump namely Agri Mall PSO Pump and stole few
valuable articles from the place. During investigation of the above said FIR by local Police and
High Officials, me and my other family members and my workers declared innocent and
PARCO employees/complainants failed to identify other unknown persons/culprits and made
them arrest. No case ever pursue against other real culprits and the best reason known to PARCO
employees/complainants.

It is my humble request that direction must be given to Managing Director and Industries,
Commerce and investment department to restore NTN No.1901743, Licence No.FDD-2375,
Account No.0340178821008767-MCB-Nawan Lahore, Code No.110923 and NOC
No.STO(PSB)3-1/2002 dated 12-07-2004, I assure you that I will purchase PSO oil as directed
regularly.
