    A maximum of 5 highly relevant, specific, measurable, realistic, criteria that are clearly
    enunciated (5)
    Excellent rigour in the assessment of potential case project compliance with the criteria is
    presented, based on credible sources and the final selcted project is identified and well
    justified. (5)
    Compliance with SOW
    A Scope Statement that clearly identifies the expected outcome and the action, time & cost
    requirements of the team project. (4)
    A WBS for the final team project deliverables required for Assessment 5 Part B down to a work
    package level. (4)

    An initial schedule for the team project in the form of an AON diagram identifying
    activity precedence and duration and showing sequencing of activities . (5)
