1) EXECUTIVE SUMMERY

The project title “A Study on Consumer Satisfaction toward two-wheeler

Loan provided for Anjali Honda motors Udgir ” with reference. Total duration of the project
was 60 days.

This project gave me a great learning experience and at the same time it gave me enough
scope to implement my analytical ability. The analysis and advice present in the project is
based on the market research .Bike loans are very popular as they are far more affordable to a
large segment of the population.

This chapter focuses on research methodology that was used in the study. It provides a
detailed description of the research approach adopted in this study. Research design, research
instruments, data collection and analysis methods used were presented in the subsequent
section.

For data collected from customers the percentage method is used to make an analysis. Many
financial organizations are provide loan for varies rate of interest.
2) Industry profile

The project is all about measuring the customer satisfaction in Anjali Honda motors. Every
company is trying to satisfy its customers. The emphasis is on ways of retaining customers,
then on attracting new customers. It is easy to attract new customers then to retain old
customers. So, companies are trying to focus on this aspect of customer’s satisfaction.

The sale of a product does not end with the sale transaction but it is the point at which the
original marketing concept starts. The marketer has to see that whether the customer satisfied
with that particular product/service or not. The post purchase behavior is important for a
marketer. If there is any cognitive dissonance in the minds of the customers then that is
enough to lose a customer. Keeping this in mind the companies are giving more importance
to customer satisfaction.

This project work has been done to find out whether a customer is satisfied or dissatisfied,
also to measure the level of the customer satisfaction and provide this feedback to the
company. The first phase of the project involves the collection of information from the
customers for interpreting the characteristics based on which the customer feels satisfied or
dissatisfied. This information is collected by preparing a structured questionnaire. The
questionnaire consists of both open-ended and closed-ended questions. The questionnaire is
designed in such a way that a customer feels convenient to answer.

The collated information through the questionnaire is analyzed and presented in a statistical
form. The findings are listed and suggestions to solve problems faced have been given in the
suggestion part.
SELECTION OF TOPIC

The topic selected for the 60days summer internship was ”customer satisfaction and post
purchase behavior”, this topic was selected to study all about the customers, what they think
about the product, what other facilities they want, which changes should be there in the
product, what are the factors which can be added to the product which will satisfy the
customer and all their mentality behind purchasing any product. Because customer is the god
for any industry and for any brand. If any brand will fail to satisfy their customer the
customer will definitely move to any other brand and which will definitely Couse a loss for
that brand.

Because the study of “customer satisfaction and post purchase behavior”any company or
industry can try to improve their strategies for moving towards the profit.

Whether the buyer is satisfied after purchase depends on the offers performance in relation to
the buyer expectation. In general satisfaction are a person’s feelings of pleasure or
disappointment resulting from comparing a products perceived performance relation to
his/her expectations. If the performance falls short of expectation, the customer is dissatisfied.
If the performance matches the expectation customer is satisfied. If the performance exceeds
the expectation the customer is highly satisfied.
3) STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

3) To study the level of satisfaction two wheeler providing by Anjali motors to finances

.
Advantages of applying a two-wheeler loan instead Of purchasing two-wheeler
1) Helps with your CIBIL Score

Many loans involving a huge amount of money like a Home loan, Car loan or a Personal loan
require a good CIBIL score. CIBIL or Credit Scores are a summary of your history in loan
credits and repayments over a period of time. And because the cost of buying a two-wheeler
is less, it makes two-wheeler loans the easiest of all the loans to be paid off and it is an
opportunity for young professionals to start off with

2) Attractive interest rate

Interest rates in India for a bike loan range from somewhere 12%-27%. These varying interest
rates depend on the Bank/NFBCs you approach, your time of employment, income range,
bike specifications etc. Banks and NFBCs these days are providing two-wheeler loans at very
feasible interest rates, rates which have gone down in the past few years.

3) additional benefits

An interesting part of taking loans from Banks/NFBCs is that, due to the Indian Motor Act,
loans are sanctioned with an insurance cover of the vehicle and an accidental cover for you.
Did you know that LoanTap funds about 100% of the on-road value in pre-approved loans
and can go on to fund up to the complete invoice amount which will also include accessories.
Also, the loan covers any extra costs incurred such insurance and the cost for accessories and
registration.

4 Flexible and quick process.

Gone are the days when one had to wait for months for a loan to be approved and stand in
queues outside banks and offices. With the improvements made in the loan approval process
over the last few years, the sanctioning time of two-wheeler loans came down within day.
Not only has this, but the period of repayment varied from 12-48 months making it an easier
option for many to repay the amount in smaller installments. For the first time Loan Tap is
offering preapproved loans for two wheelers.

TWO WHEELER LOAN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

If the potential borrower fulfills all the above prescribed eligibility criteria laid down by the
lending institution, he or she becomes eligible to apply for the loan. If the borrower is eligible
for loan application the important documents which should be attached with the loan
application form are required. If one does not know such documents, it becomes harrowing to
smoothly apply and then successfully avail of the two-wheeler loan. So, let’s take a look at
the important documents which should be kept:
1. Common documents – various documents qualify as Identity Proofs which are listed
below. Any one from the below-mentioned list can be submitted in this regard:

1) Driving License

2) Passport

3) Aadhar Card

4) Voter’s ID Card

5) PAN Card

2. Additional documents:-

1. A proof of the borrower’s residential address or the Address Proof – again many
documents can act as an address proofs and any one can be submitted as per ease and
availability. Two types of residential proofs are required. One is the proof of current address
while the other is the prEoof of your permanent address. If your permanent and current
addresses are the same, a single proof stating the same can be submitted. In other cases, two
different address proofs are required one each for the permanent address and the current
address.

2. Self Employment – to confirm that you are an income-earning individual and also to
ascertain the stability and income-generating potential of your employment, your
employment proof would be required. If you are a salaried employee your Salary Slips,
employment or offer letter, Form 16, bank statements, etc. are required. If you are self-
employed individual, the proof of your business, IT returns of your business, bank statements
of your business account, etc. would be required.
