Once upon a time, there was a kingdom called Prambanan. The kingdom was led by Prabu Baka.
Prabu Baka was a very good king. The people of the Prambanan kingdom also lived prosperously.

One day, King Pengging wanted to conquer the Prambanan Kingdom. He called Bandung Bondowoso

Kingdom!" King Pengging ordered. Bandung Bondowoso immediately carried out his duties. He and
his troops attacked the Prambanan Kingdom. With great ease, Bandung Bondowoso succeeded in
conquering the Prambanan Kingdom. Prabu Baka was also killed. As a reward, King Pengging allowed
Bandung Bondowoso to manage the Prambanan Kingdom. Olala, it turns out that the Prambanan
Kingdom had a beautiful princess named Roro Jonggrang. Bandung Bondowoso also summoned Roro
Jonggrang to appear. "What do you want, Bandung Bondowoso?" asked Roro Jonggrang curtly. "I
want to marry you. Marry me, your life will definitely be peaceful and peaceful," said Bandung
Bondowoso.

Roro Jonggrang felt confused about Bandung Bondowoso's proposal. If he didn't accept Bandung
Bondowoso's proposal, his people would be miserable. But, he doesn't like Bandung Bondowoso. All
night Roro Jonggrang thought about how to refuse Bandung Bondowoso's proposal, but his people
would still be safe. Finally, Roro Jonggrang had an idea.

The next afternoon, Bandung Bondowoso met Roro Jonggrang. "Have you decided on your choice,
Roro Jonggrang?" asked Bandung Bondowoso. "Okay, Bandung Bondowoso. I want to marry you, as
long as you fulfill my conditions." said Roro Jonggrang. "What are your conditions?" asked Bandung
Bondowoso arrogantly. "Make 1000 temples and 2 wells in one night," said Roro Jonggrang. He is
sure that Bandung Bondowoso cannot fulfill these requirements. Without thinking long, Bandung
Bondowoso immediately agreed to Roro Jonggrang's terms. That night, Bandung Bondowoso,
assisted by his genie troops, built 1000 temples and 2 wells. Roro Jonggrang, who was secretly
watching this, became anxious. The estimate is wrong. The Bandung Bondowoso troops completed
the construction very quickly. It was already three quarters of the night. There are only two temples
left that have not been built. "How to thwart their efforts?" thought Roro Jonggrang.

Aha! Roro Jonggrang has an idea. He called all the maids in the palace, and told them to burn hay in
the east. Others sounded mortars, and scattered fragrant flowers. The purpose is for the chickens to
wake up quickly and crow. Without wasting time, the maids immediately carried out the order. Sure
enough, the roosters woke up and started crowing. Finding the sky in the east red, the sound of
mortars, the scent of flowers, and the crowing of chickens, Bandung Bondowoso's army hurried
away. Yes! They thought it was morning. Finding his troops leaving, Bandung Bondowoso stopped
them. "Come back my team. It's not morning yet! There's still one more temple you have to build!"
shouted Bandung Bondowoso.

Unfortunately, the Bandung Bondowoso army still left their job. Bandung Bondowoso became even
more angry when he found out that it was all Roro Jonggrang's doing. He met Roro Jonggrang, and
turned Roro Jonggrang into a temple.

Now, the temple is called Roro Jonggrang Temple, and can be found at Prambanan Temple.
