Please deliver the above car/vehicle/goods to the above bank representative against his/her identification and forward us the following documents, which are
necessary to complete the formalities:

1. An Invoice made out to the Bank showing the amount due from us.

2. Copy of Permanent Registration book showing the vehicle has been mortgaged to Emirates Islamic Bank and attested by you as true copy.

3. Original Comprehensive insurance policy for 13 months with "Hire Purchase" clause favoring Emirates Islamic Bank with letter of undertaking.In case the
vehicle insurance or any insurance product is being financed, it should be Islamic (mandatory).

The paper for effecting mortgage with the Traffic Police is enclosed herewith.

On receipt of the above documents fully signed and completed, after deducting the amount owed to us by you, we shall have the pleasure of crediting your account
with us if maintained or issue Manager's Cheque for

insurance amount: AED 0.00 if arranged by you.

The Dealer agrees that any prior contractual arrangement which happened with the Customer stands nullified. And all the parlies agree that any non-refundable
amount paid by the Customer to the Dealer as booking amount or earnest money will be considered on behalf of the Bank with mutual consent of all the parties

This LPO will remain valid till 17-JAN-2023
