From the table above, we can see that Zalora and Shein have their own online media
platform to sell their product. Firstly, they have their own website where people can shop
directly through it. In the website, they show all the products sold to attract many buyers.
Apart from that, they also display various forms of promotions given to buyers. There are
various types of promotions given such as, free shipping, discounts and promo codes. With
this promotion, it will be more attractive for buyers to buy on their website.

Apart from the website, they also have their own apps that are available from the
Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei App Gallery. The application used also
makes it very easy for users to shop from the application. All promotions available on the
website are also available from their app. Furthermore, they also have their own social
media to promote their products. they have Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others. Filling
in for engaging social media will impact followers to buy the product again while the
promotion is in progress.

In addition, there are differences between the products sold by these two companies.
Zalora is an Asian Online Fashion Destination where they bring together several famous
fashion brands from within and outside the country. Meanwhile, Shein sells their own brand
products as well as products that collaborate with famous celebrities from within and outside
the country.
