My Thanksgiving visit to Cleveland lasted all of one day due to my coming down with covid, and on the way back, my
truck was rear ended on I-80 and totaled. So, I am going to try it again and visit my family this week. I am leaving
Sunday and will be back late on Thursday. In case of emergency and the need for a priest, call the rectory on
Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday during business hours, or call JoDene Huntley any other time, 309-337-9737, and a
priest will be contacted.

Confessions: Thursday, 7am to 7:50am, during Holy Hour. Saturday at St. Catherine from 7am to 7:55am, during Holy
Hour. Saturday at St. Anthony from 3:00pm to 3:50pm, and Sunday at St. Catherine from 7:10am to 7:50am.

You Are Invited – to spend time in loving adoration in the presence of our Lord at the Holy Hours on Thursdays at 7am at
St. Anthony, and Saturdays at 7am at St. Catherine. Our Lord bestows many blessings to those who pray in His Holy
Presence. The Sacrament of Reconciliation is available too.

SAP Program Month Eight: You are in the home stretch with your spiritually adopted baby. He/she is completely formed,
and has been since 8 weeks. All he/she is doing now is gaining weight. In a short time, her baby will be born. Your baby’s
mother appreciated the prayers you have said for her and her baby throughout the pregnancy.

Food Pantry Volunteers: we still need 2 volunteers to work at the food pantry on Tuesday evening, January 23rd, 5:30-
7pm and 1 volunteer for Friday, January 26th from 8am-noon. Please call the rectory at 582-7500 if you can help.

Market Day: will be available following the Masses at St. Anthony next weekend, January 27th and 28th.

Chili/Taco Supper Fundraiser: Saturday, February 24th, 4-7pm at St. Catherine Hall. This fundraiser is being held to raise
money for property improvements at both of the churches of St. Mary Magdalene Parish. More information
forthcoming.

Where Two or More Are Gathered: Tuesday, January 30th at 6:30 pm, at the Bean Field Coffee House in Viola. All adults
and families are invited to gather to informally discuss and share concerning our Christian faith and our spiritual journey.

Elizabeth Ministry Meeting: Wednesday, January 24th at 10am at the Bean Field Coffee House in Viola.

Bishop Robert Barron on the Sacraments: The next presentation will be at St. Anthony Church Friday, February 2nd,
following the 8am Mass. Bishop Barron’s video presentation will be followed with discussion. All are invited.

RUAH: All high school students are invited to DTS on Sunday, January 28th at 6pm at St. Anthony.
