Here are some of important etiquettes to be observed
upon addressing guest names

For most of guest from different nationalities such as


Chinese and European, it would be better to address them
by their last name.

Example:
•Lee Ming Dy, would be addressed as Mr. Sy
•John Smith, would be called as Mr. Smith
For malay and Indian, address them by
their first name.
Example:
Hamid ramasamy, would be Mr. Hamid

For Japanese, address them with their last


name followed by the word "sama."
Example:
Yamato Nagasaki, would be Nagasaki - sama
