SYSTEM FOR SELECTING AND ESTABLISHING SCHOOL PARTNERS AND LINKAGES

A. Procedures

A.1. Roles and Responsibilities

A.1 School Level: The School Head of the Leader School shall be accountable for the implementation of the
activities agreed upon with the Partner School and is responsible for the following:

A. Selecting a Partner and initiating the partnership;


Whereas the partners must meet the following requirement;
1. The partner of the school must present a cohesive report of their academic and extracurricular
achievement as well as the faculty background of studies and a clear view of the benefits that the
school partner will give to the school.
2. The partner school shall present their collaboration plan with the time frame for the activities and
shall be approve by the administration of the schools.
3. Partner school shall present an approve or a recommending letter from the administration and
division superintendent with the time frame of at least two months in advance of the collaboration
date.
4. Partner school shall signed an agreement with the school administration and the Department Head.

B. Organizing teams from its roster who will provide the technical assistance and support needed by the
School Partner and appointing a focal person who will liaise with the Partner School;
C. Orienting its teaching and non-teaching personnel about their school’s involvement and participation in
the school-to-school partnership;
D. Assessing the needs of the Partner School based on their School Improvement Plan.
E. Identifying its organization strengths and capacity to support its Partner School;
F. Preparing a Work and Financial Plan (WFP) based on the needs of the Partner School and the scope of
support that will be provided;
G. Entering into a formal agreement with the Partner School;

A.1.2 Community and Partners Level: Collaborative activities and projects between a Leader School and a
Partner Company for the purpose of improving the performance of the Partner School. This includes the
sharing of best practices or provision of technical assistance as well as coaching and mentoring programs for
both community and the school.

A. Partners must align their activities, values, and mission with those of the school.
Partners must abide to the following conditions:
1. The activities that is presented by the partner must follow the school calendar for avoiding conflicts
on events specially the academic progress of the students
2. Any activities of the partners must aligned to the PVMGO of the school.
3. Partners must present a timeline of events before coming to an agreement with the school.
B. Partners must adhere to all relevant school policies, as well as local, state, and national regulations. Partners are
expected to conduct their activities with the highest ethical standards and integrity.
- The School Partners shall agree to authorize the administration for Restriction and declining of events of the
partners that violates any of the policy of the school.
C. Partners must not discriminate on the basis of race, gender, religion, or any other protected.
Characteristic.
D. Partners must respect and maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared by the school.
E. Partners must prioritize the safety and security of students, staff, and the school community in all collaborative
activities.
F. Partners should adhere to established communication protocols and channels as outlined in the collaboration
agreement.
G. Partners are required to promptly report any issues, challenges, or successes related to the collaboration to
designated school representatives.
H. Partners must accurately represent the school in any joint marketing or promotional materials and seek approval
before using the school's name or logo.
I. Partners must fulfill any resource commitments, whether financial, material, or expertise-based, as specified in
the collaboration agreement.
J. Partners should engage with school staff, including teachers, administrators, and other relevant personnel, in a
constructive and collaborative manner.
K. Partners may be encouraged to support professional development opportunities for school staff and share
relevant expertise.
L. Partners are expected to participate in monitoring and evaluation activities to assess the impact of the
collaboration on both parties.

A.3.1 Eligible Activities


The partnership activities and projects must be aligned to the spirit and intention of this policy which is to build
genuine partnerships between and among schools, residents, to enhance the collaborative impact. Partners may be
encouraged to engage with the broader school community, such as parents and local Partners should demonstrate
flexibility and adaptability to changes in the school's needs or circumstances. Partners should actively participate in
resolving any conflicts or disputes through open communication and negotiation. Partners should acknowledge the
school's support in any public announcements or materials related to the collaboration. Therefore, these activities
should not be taken as the only means of achieving authentic partnerships. Based on its needs, the Leader and
Partner Schools should prioritize which activities to implement for the betterment of the learners, the school and the
community.

Agreement

This Agreement, made and entered into North Central Mindanao College Inc. High School
Department, on this of , by and between, the Department Head and the School Partners under
the existing laws of the NCMC administration represented herein by its personnel/ staff, herein
after referred to as “FIRST PARTY”

-AND-

The North Central Mindanao College Inc., represented herein by its Principal Eduvigis G.
Gandionco, hereinafter referred to as “SECOND PARTY”

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, SECOND PARTY requires approval and consultation of the Collaboration and
Partnership Agreement from the School Partners;

WHEREAS, SECOND PARTY has requested, and FIRST PARTY has agreed to the Collaboration
Agreement presented herein after.

NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the mutual covenants and promises
contained herein, both parties agree as follows:
