Meal Choice Chart

For the Kindred Dining Room Oval tables seat a maximum of 12 guests and Harvest Tables seat a
maximum of 10 Guests per table. The table numbers on this chart will match up to the table number on
your floor plan. Table 1 on this meal chart will be in the location of Table 1 on the floor plan. Please note
the seat numbers only represent the number of guests at each table and not a particular order of seating.

Under the name column please enter the name of the guests at each table. In the meal choice column
please enter the meal that guest has requested. Write S for Station, write out the word Vegan for Vegan
guests. If the guest has an allergy please put the type of allergy next to their name along with their meal
choice. There is a notes section at the bottom of the document for any other information you need to
provide.

Please do not skip tables. If you require fewer tables please let your co-ordinator know if you have a
preference. If not, we will adjust the floor plan accordingly.

Please note if you have a DJ he will eat at his DJ booth and will not need a seat at a guest table.
