EMPLOYEE CONTRACT FORM

REMOTE EMPLOYEE CONTRACT

This Contract (, -Remote Employment) is entered into between lionbridge,

hereinafter referred to as the "Company," and
______________________________, hereinafter referred to as the
"Remote Employee," collectively referred to as the "Parties," for a one-time
freelance project.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Remote employee agrees to perform the following duties and

responsibilities:

- As stipulated by project coordinator

WORK SCHEDULE

- Work Location: Remote (online)

- Deadline: [Specify the expected working hours or any flexible
arrangements]

PAYMENT

- The Remote employee will be compensated as agreed upon with Project

coordinator
- Payment will be made upon the successful completion and approval of the
project.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

- The Remote employee agrees to transfer all rights, including but not
limited to copyright and intellectual property rights, related to the project
to the Company upon receipt of full payment.

CONFIDENTIALITY

- The Remote employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any

proprietary or confidential information of the Company.
TERMINATION

- Either party may terminate this Contract in writing with a notice period of
2 days and salary is $3080
- In case of termination, the Remote employee will NOT be compensated for
work completed up to the termination date.

GOVERNING LAW

- This Contract is governed by the laws of _____________

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

- This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and
supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or
oral.
