Please bring the Originals along for verification at the time of joining.

1. Photocopy of your certificates and mark sheets in support of your educational qualifications.
2. Last three months salary slips of the previous organisation
3. Bank Statement showing your last 3 months salary deposit (with salary indication)
4. Copy of Appointment letter of your previous organisation
5. Relieving/resignation letter duly received by the employer.
6. Form 16 of previous year or IT return
7. Copy of Pan Card.
8. Copy of photo ID-passport/driving licence/voter card.
9. Two passport size photographs.
10. Permanent Address Proof

All documentation must be complete in all aspects within 7 days of joining.

Your appointment is subject to the reference check and verification of information provided or
particulars furnished by you at the time of the interview.

Please sign and return duplicate copy of this letter in token of your acceptance.
