ACTION REFLECTION FAITH IN ACTION

Worksheet
ACTION:
For this rotation, our clinical instructor, gave us an activity for our community duty. During
this week, our CI provided us the activities we needed to accomplish by the end of our
community duty. One of our groupmates assigned taskings throughout. After the tasking
was given, we then had a group meeting to divide all the given tasks. Luckily all the group
members agreed and did their part with no hesitations.

REFLECTION:
We finalize our data baseline in this rotation, and It feels like I've/we’ve done something
successful. In the community it is our responsibility to help the people through any
challenges they were facing most especially in about their health, to remind how important
health is and also understood how important it is to taking good care of your health for
prevention is always preferable to treatment. The fact that we are exposed to our own
community is also a wonderful experience. Despite this, the rotation was a great experience
and full of new knowledge.

FAITH: Deuteronomy 15:11

“Poor persons will never disappear from the earth that’s why I’m giving you command: you
must open your hand generously to your Israelites, to the needy among you, and to the poor
who live with you in your land.” Someone will always be in need, you have a duty to God
as a believer to lend a helping hand to those in need in your neighborhood.

ACTION:
As a student Nurse, a drive to help others is one of the most important traits any healthcare
worker, whether current or prospective, should have. In the near future, I'll make sure to put
my skills to good use helping others, especially my patients, whoever they may be. In the
