 Introduction of Non Government Organization

 MANJUBA NU RASODU is a food truck in Ahmedabad, Gujarat

that serves free ,hot and hygienic meals to people in need.
Shrimati Manjulaben Kamdar was always keen on feeding
hungry people and always wanted to make sure that no one
should sleep with empty stomach. she was born in small town
named limdi and then came to Ahmedabad. She passed away
in 2008,to keep her Ultimate motto alive “NO ONE SHOULD
SLEEP HUNGRY” mayur kamdar and Pranali kamdar started
food truck(kitchen on wheel) Manjuba nu Rasodu This is
started on September 3rd 2021 and in last nine months they
served more than 1,35,000 in 66 locations of Ahmedabad and
Gandhinagar.also distributed 25000 sweet packets to needy
people at the time of Diwali.

 There are number of generous organization and people do

serve food to all need people. But “Manjuba nu Rasodu”
concept is working towards uplifting social dignity and giving
feeling of equality to all needy/underprivileged community
people by inviting them to come and have fresh unlimited ,hot
& hygienic free cost meal at their doorstep, to give them
feeling that they don’t have to beg for food but they can eat
with dignity. This is more towards breaking blockage of begging
and feel respected.
 270 DAYS JOURNEY COMPLETED

25000 SWEET BOX DISTRIBUTION

 The concept includes a small invitation pamphlet which is been

distributed in short listed area before one day of food truck
reaches there and then the food is being served to them ,
hence it is more like pre invite to all that community or area
people and welcome them to come and have fresh unlimited ,
hot & hygienic free of cost meal at “Manjuba nu Rasodu”.

 Their vision is to inspire as many as individual families ,

organisations to step forward and work for such a noble cause.
Make a chain reaction of the concept to ensure that one day
“no one should sleep hungry”.

 Their mission is to serving healthy and hygienic free food for

every needy and bring a day when “no one should sleep
hungry”.

 LEARNING FROM ACTIVITY

 The greatest gift to our community would be when we

contribute to making lives better when we touch lives by
the dint of donation or charity, spreading light to the
neediest and enlighten our in the process. When
everyone is giving to an effective charity, the size of our
donation would directly correspond to the number of
people we are able to help. We don’t have to be a
millionaire to make a significant difference. Just as every
drop In the ocean counts to form a vast water mass,
even small donation have the potential to drastically
improve an individual’s quality of life.
 Some peoples say : if they have money, they can help
the needy peoples but that is totally wrong. When you
don’t have any single rupee, still you can give
something(charity) to needy people & children with this
idea. Happy and greatful after getting the delicious food
so that was a really memorable experience for us.
 The ethics which we learn from this activity is :
INTERNAL HAPPINESS AND INHERENT DIGNITY
 we also face some problem when we visited the
organisation first time.
