AI is an abbreviation for artificial intelligence, which is the theory and

development of computer systems capable of performing tasks that historically

required human intelligence, such as recognizing speech, making decisions,
and identifying patterns. The Ai industries within the past few years have
experience many breakthroughs and has been better than ever, given with
many years to develop and improve, AI will definitely monopolize the human
industries.
As of today’s trends concerning AI, Gen AIs or Generative AI had a
significant impact to human development, creativity and more importantly the
human work flow. The latest annual McKinsey Global Survey on the current
state of AI confirms the explosive growth of generative AI (gen AI) tools. Less
than a year after many of these tools debuted, one-third of survey respondents
say their organizations are using gen AI regularly in at least one business
function. Nearly one-quarter of surveyed C-suite executives say they are
personally using gen AI tools for work. One of the most popular gen AI as of the
making of this research is ChatGPT, a conversational model developed by
OpenAI that is designed to interact in a conversational way, which allows it to
answer follow-up questions, admit its mistakes, challenge incorrect premises,
and reject inappropriate requests.
AI is a fascinating and rapidly evolving field that has many potential
benefits and dangers for humanity. Some of the benefits of AI are improving
productivity and efficiency in various domains, such as manufacturing,
education, health care, and entertainment. Enhancing human capabilities and
creativity, such as augmenting our memory, intelligence, and communication
skills. Solving complex and global problems, such as climate change, poverty,
and disease.
Advantageous as it seems it also and always comes with risks. AIs today
are slowly but surely replacing human workers and causing unemployment
and social inequality. AI can potentially be used to violate human rights and
privacy, such as by collecting and using personal data without consent or
oversight. AI being an independent thinker it can develop malicious or
unethical behavior, such as by harming humans or other living beings, or by
pursuing goals that are incompatible with human values.
With the rapid development of AI and its unlimited easy access the
researchers who participated in this investigation focused on unveiling the
effects of AI to student’s learning and development. Schools throughout the
world are facing problems concerning AI and students. Student who uses AI
developed an over-reliance towards it. With this students becomes less
creative, lazy and learns less. Students also found ways to avoid being detected
using AI-generated contents for their school works which gave instructors a
hard time identifying which are the honest works.
