ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

5
First and above all else, I would like to pay my deepest gratitude to the almighty
Allah who has helped me through all the difficulties in my life and showed me
the right path. It is Allah Who has made my journey into the vast sea of
knowledge smooth and easier.

During the internship program, I have tried my best to collect the information
related to the study topic and prepared the report within a very short time. That
is why there may have some unexpected mistakes in the report. I apologize for
any mistake in this report. I worked in Project Management Technology as a
full-time internee from 01/11/2021 to 31/01/2022. Now I get the opportunity to
continue with this company as a Front-end developer. The best feature of my
internship program was the access to a motivated and hardworking team of
highly knowledgeable Management Control systems (ERP systems). The most
important skill that I learned was the ability to work in a team. I also picked up
considerable skills in handling team communication, training others, getting
trained, and the ability to adapt to the ever.

Overview:
HRMS work is more complex and involved today than it ever has been. There’s so
much that goes into the management of employee information, which is used for everything
from recruiting and hiring to training, evaluations, and so much more. The importance and
manpower behind these tasks make it critical for human resources professionals to have HR
management software for more efficient management of HR information.
Human Resource Management System is the most important part of the Management
Control System(MCS). This HRMS contains just a few sub-modules and client-side and
server-side maintenance areas. The back-end and front-end parts control the functionality of
the system.

Back-end parts:
1. Node.js
2. Database → Oracle
3. MS Server Version 2.0

Front-end parts:
1. React.js
2. Bootstrap
3. Domain → Friendly
4. Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator for UI/UX

Abstract
Human Resource Management System captures the large environment of a software system.
This module manages all the terms related to other modules. From employee maintenance to
employee working area, all need to be described in the Human Resource Management
System. This software system should conclude employee types, their details, their discipline,
loan, cause of leaving, event management, and so on. So, we aim to design a software system
that can perform all of these tasks through an admin for the several modules and sub-
modules. For this reason, we have to do a system design and requirement specifications to
visualize the entire functionality of the Human Resource Management System (HRMS).

From employee data management to payroll, recruitment, benefits, training, talent

management, employee engagement, and employee attendance, HRMS software helps HR
professionals manage the modern workforce. Also called a human resources information
system (HRIS), HRMS systems put information about a company’s most valuable assets in
front of the people who need them.

CONCLUSION

1.1 Conclusion

Working with Unitech Information Technology has helped me to understand what is my area
of interest. I have gained an immense amount of technical knowledge from this work
experience and I plan to continue it in my future career. I believe that my commitment as a
web application developer won't solely enhance my career path however additionally I have
to learn new technologies to improve my ability to create changes in my career path.

To extend, I have learned React JS for web application development, and to code in a way
that my code can be easily changeable, reusable, easy to fix bugs, and profitable and a new
programmer can use it after. I used React JS for my project development and while working
with React JS, I found it easily learnable, and usable, and there is a bright scope for me to
choose to React development as a future path.
