INSTALLATION STEPS FOR CABIN REVERSE OSMOSIS WATER TREATMENT

Pre-Delivery:

 Inlet and Outlet point A, B, C, D are pre-designated piping connectors.


 Upon arrival at the site, connect the inlet and outlet points to the Raw Water Tank, Well Water and
Treated Water Tank

Pre-Delivery Checklist:

1. Locate all the equipment (Control Panel, Bag Filter, Raw Water Pump, Sand Filter, Iron Removal Filter,
Activated Carbon Filter, Dosing System, Booster Pump and 500GPD R.O System) as per the provided
layout.
2. Install piping and fitting for the bag filter and prepare connector in advance for inlet A which will connect
to Well Water and Outlet B to Raw Water Tank.
3. Install piping and fitting from Inlet C to Raw Water Pump, Multimedia sand Filter, Iron Removal Filter and
Activated Carbon and to Outlet D which will use to connect to Treated Water Tank when at site.
4. Connect the Dosing Tank piping and fitting directly to Outlet D. The Dosing system controlled by the
Control Panel, will automatically operate when the raw water pump is on, introducing chemical with
chlorine to the Treated Water Tank.
5. As per the layout, connect piping and fitting from Inlet E to the booster pump. Outlet F to supply treated
water to school, and 500GPD R.O System which connect from booster pump will connect to Outlet G to
supply R.O Drinking Water to a water dispenser / faucet for drinking water.
6. The electrical components will connect according to the red lines in the layout to control the Raw Water
Pump, Dosing Chemical Pump, Booster Pump and R.O System. Additionally, there is an empty electric slot
available for the electric agitator.

On-Site Installation:

Upon delivery to the site, the piping installation will follow the yellow lines as in layout.

1. Connect the piping from Well Water to Inlet A. (Line 1) – less than 50m
2. Connect Outlet B to Raw Water Tank. (Line 2) – less than 10m
3. Connect Raw Water Tank to Inlet C. (Line 3)
4. Connect Outlet D to Treated Water Tank. (Line 4) – less than 10m
5. Connect Treated Water Tank to Inlet E. (Line 5)
6. Connect Outlet F (Treated Water) to school. – less than 10m
7. Connect the R.O Drinking Water to a water dispenser/ faucet.

Notes:

 Both the installations using Class 7 PVC and DN 50 HDPE Piping.


 The Piping Installation is provided as a general reference only. The exact installation requirements are
depended on the site visit.
