Why School Education system needs to be updated

EDUCATION IS A MUST FOR EVERY MAN AND WOMEN FROM BIRTH TILL DEATH.
Why such a compulsion from birth to death? Because it makes us use our human gift. If one not gets
educated, his mind would be close, unaware of its power and ignored about real scenario. He would remain
stick to animal pattern of eating hunting (job) sleeping and fun.

With education people change and their change can impact the overall condition of a nation.

BUT THE CONTENT WHICH IS TAUGHT

-is very impactful. It determines whether student will have mind-slavery, with lots of unnecessary useless
information, or he will be empowered with being aware of various concepts and the technological revolution
which is shaping our world.

What and how much the content to teach is to be noticed in school education. It should not be long
unnecessary paragraphs, because in school what matters is to provide basic knowledge of the world. The
subject related long studies matter only in professional studies limited to that subject only. So, in school
conceptual study should be taught, of various areas comprising the world.

Keeping this in view the new model with the course outline is being presented as follows but two more
things to discuss first.

THE ASSESSMENT,
Is to just memorize and write on test paper matters, really? Is School education for Memory (Hafiza)
competition or for pure learning? Assessment should be done activity based; individual or group learning with
the daily assessment & all the activities get done during class not to give work only for home. It is discussed
further on.

The second very vital thing for education system is

THE TEACHERS
Teachers are the key role players for the future development of a Nation. So, in Education a
very necessary component is teaching staff. If teachers are unambitious, giving student fear of competition
and stuffing only book material not making them learn then it equates to mental harshness.

Teacher should learn how student’s brain works, the psychology and how their behavior either make or break
student. How to activate student mind so he can involve and engage in class, excited for learning. Teacher
should enhance student’s power of mind, so he can be self-growing. Teachers should learn this fact or if
require, replace them with up-to-date active minded enthusiastic teachers.

Because no matter the course is useful and upgraded or student is brilliant, if teacher is lazy outdated
unprepared inactive harsh, to make money only, the whole education system will get collapse in achieving
desired result.

Only an Empowered Generation can result into a Developed Nation. But for Empowerment, Education is
necessary. School Education is not for stuffing unnecessarily long knowledge like if they are to specialize in it
with focus being restricted to a certain field of science only neglecting the current paradigm-setting
Technological Revolution. Because through this not only the student is remain ignorant of various worthy
things present but the student is also pushed to be psychologically weak and insecure with the fear of
competition education to secure the highest with memorizing more and more this is only Outdated now. So,
Now Is the Time to Have Sensible Learning.

Our Education Goal

The goal is to empower our students so they do not depend on the outer circumstances for their success. They become
the world players in terms of success with their knowledge &can exercise it in a way Allama Iqbal described his Shaheen.
To empower them with education in a way they can be a thriving nation, equipped with the knowledge necessary for
development so the education will result not only in a successful generation but a Developed Nation as well.
No matter how much resource the country have if there is no Success of education, they will remain slave of the World
powers.

Final words

Education with the aim to Develop Growth mindset Generation, Exponential one

Make mind open to greater learning with no fear-based competition studies. Make know of What, Why &
How of the subject, its key aspects & fundamentals. Teach that there is no box i.e., no limitation. Teach
what do we need & how to get it done as it is 21st century so have solution mindset.

Make learn what needs to run a country with fulfillment of people in material and spiritual needs. Teach
Cause & effect, Self-discipline, Mastering mind, Common sense, Mindfulness, Make mind Creative &
vibrant. Get out of theory & discussion & make students practical now. Have their approach skilled in
Problem solving, modeling, stating in graphical pictorial way to explore it & get its solution then practice.

Make students, to see gem everywhere. Make them resolving crime that why is there crime and solve that.
Be compassionate and provide for such people, making them one of us. Why is there begging, build a
system that there is no need for it and to ensure there may left no one. Make them have their own bread,
not to employ just one approach but to be fulfilled.

A generation advanced in common sense, issues resolving and right guided, aware & confident, can
connect the dots and find missing links, resolving their issues as well as collaborating as whole for hitting
the problems at rock bottom with faith on Allah the Almighty, seeing everything in the right perspective for
right purposes through eye & heart with faith in Allah SWT.

A nation, dynamic & growth minded with right education, the generation guided & enhancing the good
part of every soul, beautifying the world in outer & inner aspects through adopting/following what Allah
has told. With real life so good, well vibrant and dynamic that they may not need it from movies/ serials.

Turn them in a dynamic force, bringing revolution in their own life & in others. Incuclate in them Our, We
& Us concept not Me, I & Mine or selfishness and positiveness, love, lifelong learning, growth seeking,
helping spirits, right religiousness, coordination, cooperation, collaboration mindset. Make them think that
hatred, prejudice, discrimination of color, creed, caste, ethnicity or status is an ill-minded psychopath
concept.

We're not going to make them either physicist chemist mathematician or whatsoever, it's their schooling prior to their
pursue of professional studies so they should be gone through all of the concepts shaping our world not making them
study extensively on some subjects while making other various field ignored. So, make them learned the practical and
up-to-date knowledge of the present world not in depth but a go through of the know-how of what and why, how the
real-world problems are to deal with...! Tayba Erphan
