What is behavioral interviewing?

Behavioral interviewing is a technique used to question job


candidates about their past experiences. It's based on the
premise that past performance is an excellent predictor of future
behavior.
Some questions asked in interview-:
1) What are some of the most important technical analyst certifications you have
obtained? Why are they important to your career?

2) How would you describe the relationship between a technical analyst and a
project manager? Can you provide an example from your previous
experiences?

3) What is the most challenging aspect of being a technical analyst? Why?

4) Provide an example of a technical problem you solved during your previous


job as a technical analyst. What was the problem and how did you go about
solving it?

5) If you could only use three technical analyst tools for the rest of your career,
which ones would you choose and why?

6) What would you say is your strongest skill as a technical analyst? Why?

7) Do you have experience working with a team of technical analysts? How do


you handle working with people with different skill sets?

8) When performing analysis, do you have a process you follow? Can you
describe your process to me?

9) What do you think is the most important thing a technical analyst can do to
ensure the success of a project?
