The Pangolin
Once upon time there was a man called Rekayi Chimunhu who had five wives. Although there were five
families with one father, there was peace and order. One day the husband decided to go hunting.
Luckily, he came across a strange rare animal, the pangolin. Pangolin meat is for chiefs only. The meat
was so special that he decided to eat it himself.
When he reached home, he asked his youngest and most beautiful wife to cook the pangolin. Because
she did not eat pangolin, she declined. All the others except the first wife also declined. The first wife
