5) The project will be uploaded as single PDF file.

Instructions :
i) The construction of polygon must be done using ruler and compass only.
ii) Use sharp and dark pencil for the constructions.
iii) A rough figure for each construction is a must.
iv) The constructed figures (polygons) should be properly labelled .
v) All measurements are to be mentioned in the constructed figure(polygons).
vi) The constructed figure(polygon) should be clearly visible in your uploaded file.

1) Construct a rectangle ABCD, if area is 28.8 cm 2 and length AB is 7.2cm.

2) Construct a quadrilateral EFGH ,𝑚∠ 𝐸 = 45 0 , EF= EH = 4 cm, FG = 2.8 cm

and HG = 2.5cm

3) Construct a quadrilateral PQRS,𝑚∠ 𝑃 = 120 0 ,QR =3.6cm,PQ = 4.5cm,PQ is 3.3 cm

away from SR. Name the type of quadrilateral you have constructed. What is
the measure of 𝑚∠ 𝑆?

4) Construct a rhombus LMNO,MN = 4.8 cm, m∠𝐿 = 75 0 .What is the length of side
LM , NO,LO?

5) Construct a parallelogram STUV ,diagonal SU = 6.4 cm and TV = 8.2 cm .The

diagonals intersect at point O. m∠𝑉𝑂𝑈 = 60 0

6) Construct a regular hexagon of side 3 cm and label it RSTUVW. Calculate and

find the measure of the interior angle of this polygon.
