PMR RESUBMISSION GUIDELINES

PMR Submission through Google forms is the newly introduced approach for activating styles. To reduce
the Rejections that are happening for these submissions we have created these Guidelines that will be
helpful while submitting the Forms. This will enable you to reduce the chances of rejecting the
Submissions in the first place and helps in reducing the time and effort required.

Please go through this file to understand these prerequisites for submitting the styles.

IMPORTANT:

Google forms can only be submitted for DIY styles which are part of PPMP(Marketplace). All the
other Sources should raise a ticket through Partner portal to their designated channels.
Styles which are in D(Draft), DEL, DIS will not be accepted for resubmissions, a separate ticket
should be raised through ‘Partner Portal’ for these.

1. Access related Issue for the Files submitted.

Granting access to Sheets are necessary to check the request and act, also this will eliminate the
need for repeated requests for data or information, reducing delays and enhancing the TAT. Also,
it enhances collaboration, prevents rejected requests, and saves time, contributing to more
productive and effective interactions.
1.1 Google Sheets

NOTE: Always select ‘Anyone with the Link’ as the access option while sharing the Google
sheets links.

1.2 DropBox Link

Like Google sheet, the Option of ‘Anyone with the Link’ should be selected for Dropbox links
as well. This option can be enabled from the settings -> Sharing Tab.

2. Not providing the Style IDs

When submitting files, ensure the inclusion of Myntra Style IDs for all SKUs. This will enable
precise product identification and tracking within the system. With complete information, files
can be processed swiftly, accelerating the overall workflow. Before submission, cross-check files
to ensure every SKU is associated with its respective Myntra Style ID.
3. Incorrect/Expired/Delated Links
Providing correct links for submissions is a fundamental aspect. When submitting the files for
submission double-check the URL to make sure it leads to the intended destination. If you are
using Dropbox or WeTransfer links, make sure you keep the expiry at maximum possible days to
avoid any sort of rejections.

4. Incorrect data Submission

Before submitting styles for correction, the latest ‘Operational report’ should be downloaded and
verify the style status for assurance. Also, very importantly the Comments should be read
properly, and all the data submission should be accordance to these comments. Batches will be
rejected if the data is incorrect or not according to the PMR/On hold Comment.
For Example, if the styles are On Hold for Sizing related Issues and we receive images for
correction, this will be rejected since the rejection reason is not related to Images.

5. Image Template
All the Images should be shared in separate folder for each style with the images in .jpg format
and rename the folder with the Myntra Style ID, then create a single Dropbox/google drive link
for all folders and share with us in a new google form to take this request.

6. MAS Styles

Styles which are part of MAS (Myntra Assured Shoot) should be submitted only through Tickets.
You need to raise the ticket though Partner portal.

7. Duplicate Request
Kindly refrain from submitting multiple requests for the same Issues for the same Style IDs. This
will create confusion among the Internal Team. All the Requests will be picked up and updated on
FIFO basis and action accordingly.
For all the submissions there will be an Email communication sent out from
catalog.support@myntra.com to the given Email ID.
