advantages that they would receive from the food product. However, many culinary trends will remain
the same between 2021 and 2023. Some have been removed, while others have been retained and
some have been added. Fusion cuisine, Plant-based meals, Sustainable ingredients, and homey and
warm food were the food trends that lasted from 2021 to 2023. According to the references I obtained,
food trends from 2023 will have the same tastes to continue over to 2024 and beyond - and potentially
even claim a permanent presence in the local culinary environment.
