This chapter discusses the presentation, analysis, and interpretation of data collected from research interviews. It provides guidelines for organizing data into tables with participant codes, extracts from responses, and initial codes describing the responses. The chapter also covers constructing graphic presentations to summarize ideas from different data sets and establishing a standard of 30 respondents per group. Finally, it provides formatting guidelines for printing questionnaires in A4 format with Tahoma font size 12.

Provide a brief introduction as to what the chapter is about. Derive some ideas from references or helpful sources. PATTERN OF PRESENTING THE data 1) Interview question 2) Short description about the content of the table 3) Actual table 4) Interpretation of the table 5) Supporting theory or study about the result. OF THE TABLE 1) Participant (coded into number for privacy purposes but the separate raw files will be kept and checked for verification) 2) Extract from responses (no paraphrasing will be done) 3) Labels or initial codes (give the core or general idea of what the response is about) After establishing the tables through different ‘’Figures’’, The researchers need to present the CONSTRUCT OF THE STUDY. This pertains to the graphic presentation of the summarized ideas about a specific set of data. The number of graphic presentation in the Construct of The Study depends on how many SOP items the research has. Example, if there are 3 SOP items, there must be 3 graphic presentations to show the summarized sets of ideas. Regarding the number of respondents, a group must have a standard of 30 respondents in conducting the study. ACTUAL QUESTIONNAIRE For the questionnaire, it must be printed in A4, font style TAHOMA, font size 12. SUBMISSION OF CHAPTER 4 January 23
