There are some types of leaders in particular organizations. These leaders can
categorized by their leadership style, decision making, orientation, and initiating change. All
of these can be describe leaders handling the organization. A leader can also be autocratic,
democratic, and laissez-faire. Some were used and applied all of them simultaneously
because there are no leaders can used only one style, it is also depends on the organization.
In terms of decision making, leaders applied bureaucratic style, he/she will based on
the mission statement of the company and have often used theories, policies, and guidelines
that will follow while the consultative leader can solicit the decision of the body, this is open
communication on what's other opinion and lastly, negotiative leader which focus on the
simplification of work that enable subordinates to have the power to decide and perform.
Good leaders can make others dream possible and react in a positive process. If you
will be a leader, you should have a great impact on the community, your specific clients
depend on you. If the organization succeed, it is because of the leader, and if they failed, just
because of the leader also. It is not about how theories and principles applied to the
organization rather it may fall what is suitable leadership skills for the organization. The first
thing that should be considered for a leader is the culture of the system because it has big
contribution on how to manage the organization. Culture perse is the nature of the
environmental dimension: the internal and external components of an organization and it is
also the major parts to handle decisions.
An effective leader can transform others, he/she can change the lives of others and
he/she can also upgrade the notion of one's culture. In reality, there's no perfect organization,
some are made lapses, gaps in the decision, and makes failure in terms of handling
managerial works. But an effective leader may perceive the sensitivity of the needs of the
entire organization and he/she will be focused on the outcome result of the tasks for the team.
