    Mr. Aguilar shall attend orientation for new employees to be arranged and to be conducted by our Learning and Development
    office.

    New hire will report to your office for actual duty on November 16, 2023. Kindly ensure that they will be given proper orientation
    about the workplace and its environs and that the workstation, office supplies, tools and equipment needed are available on the said
    date.
