What progress did you make toward completing your PRACTICUM/INTERNSHIP

Objectives?

The progress I make toward completing my practicum/intership objectives in the first week is
I the opportunity to observe an actual workplace and with that I gained insight about the
organization and how should I act and where I can offer help. It also expand my
understanding on how important professionalism in the workplace

On the second week, I still faced challenges because I'm still not quite sure about the work
that we will be doing in the office and I'm still nervous and shy to asked questions since I'm
still trying to get along with the employees. However, in the middle of the week, since my
supervisor gave me a specific task that requires me to ask her for instruction and clarification,
I started to learn to loosen up and this serves as my progress.

(Reflect on the activities you reported above.) What successes did you have? What did you
learn from them?
Since it is my first week on my OJT, it is challenging for me to engage in my job since I was
still observing my environment. By that, I can't say that I fully achieved the success I want
but this week I was able to learn and obtain understanding about SSS as an organization. I
also learn the job or area where I am needed. Another success I have is the ability to ask
question to my supervisor and clarify her instruction to avoid mistakes that can lead to more
work.
