GIFT DEED

This deed of gift is made on this 27th day of April, 2018 between
Sh._____________________________S/o_______________________________R/
o_________________________________________________(hereinafter called the donor)of
the one part and Mrs. of
_________________________________R/o________________________________.chandigarh
(hereinafter called the donee) of the other part:

Whereas the Donor aged __Years and is Biological father of Mrs. aged __Years, (the Donee).

Whereas the donor is having PAN- and is having good credit balance in his saving bank account:

Whereas donor’s wife and donee mother Mrs. _________ expired on

________________________ (I.e. after ___________days of birth of donee) and donor got
remarried.

Whereas the donee’s up bringing has been done by her maternal grandfather
Sh.__________________and in absence of any proof, Sh._______remained her
guardian/parent throughtout her life till now. It will not be out of place to mention here that
name of Sh.________has been used as guardian/father on every document till now due to non
availability of her biological father Sh._________(donor) during all these years .

Whereas donor has now made up out of his mind to give some amount to donee as gift out of
his saving as he has never given any share of property/wealth to her donee.

Whereas the donor out of his natural love and affection for the donee is making a gift of
Rs.10,00,000 out of his credit balance in S/B a/c to the donee.

And whereas the donee has agreed to accept the gift as is evidenced by her executing these
presents.
Now this deed of gift witnesses as follows:

In consideration of the natural love and affection which the donor bears for the donee, ,the
donor ,out of his own free will and pleasure and in full possession of his senses, hereby gives
conveys grants transfers and confirms upto the donee Rs . 10,00,000 with all rights appurtenant
thereto free of all encumbrances and the said gift is irrevocable .

The donor has thereafter no right whatsoever in the gift or in the income there of or accretion
thereto.

IN WITNESS WHERE OF the Donor as well as the DONEE (by way of acceptance of the said gift)
have put their respective hands the day and year first hereinabove written.
