DEED OF DONATION

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

the DONOR

thereon, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances.

That the Donor hereby states that, for the purpose of giving effect to the donation, he has reserved for himself in full
ownership sufficient property to support him in a manner appropriate to his needs.

ACCEPTANCE

That the Donee hereby accepts the foregoing donation of the above-described property for which he/she expresses
his/her sincerest appreciation and gratitude for the kindness and liberality shown by the Donor.

That the DONOR hereby retains the right to control and dispose at will the above-described property before his death,
without need of the consent or intervention of the DONEE.
